Age Limits: Age is considered as on 1st January 2017

Minimum Age – 18 years

Maximum Age – 32 years

(Upper Age relaxation 5 years for SEBC, SC,ST & All women candidates, 10 years for PWD and total period of service for Ex-servicemen)

Educational Qualification:
- Must have passed minimum 10+2 or equivalent examination with Basic knowledge in Computer Skills.

- Possessing Degree qualification in any discipline with knowledge of Basic computer skills will be recommended for the Office of Odisha State Legal Services Authority, Cuttack.

Basic Computer Skills: (from any recognized institutes)

1. Basic Knowledge & Skills of Computer
2. Internet & E-mail
3. MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access and MS-Power Point

Note: BCA/MCA/B.Tech Graduates are also eligible

- Must have passed Odia Equivalent to M.E Standard.

- Knowledge of Odia Language: Read, Write and Speak Odia. Candidate must have passed Odia as one of the subjects in VII/Matriculation or equivalent examination in Odia Language from recognized state/Central Government Educational Institution.

Other Requirements:

- Good Metal Condition, Bodily Health and free from any physical defect.

- Must not have more than one spouse living (if married)

Examination Fee: Fee will be accepted in both online and offline modes. The examination fee is exempted for SC, ST and PWD candidates. The fee particulars are

Fee – Rs. 100/-

Selection Procedure:

1. Preliminary Examination: This exam is on General Awareness for 100 marks and it consists of objective type questions. The time duration for the exam is 90 minutes and this preliminary exam will be only qualifying nature.

2. Main Examination: It consists of 3 papers and all are objective type only. (Candidate who qualified in Preliminary Written Exam will be called for Main Examination in 1:12 ratio means for 1 vacancy 12 no. of candidates)

2. Click on Online Application Form Link (Just below the Images)

3. A new window will be opened which is related to commission’s recruitment online applications.

4. Go through the Junior Assistant and Junior Clerk post recruitment Form Links.

5. Click on For Registration Click here link.

6. Online Registration Form will be opened (Basic Details).

7. Fill up the form carefully.

8. Finally Submit the Application Form (Check once before click on Submit Button)

9. After Successful Submission of the online Application form a unique Application Sequence Number (User Id) will be displayed and the same will be sent to registered E-mail & Mobile number.

10. After that continue fill up the remaining details of the Application or if you want to log out the session then click on Log out link.

11. Fill Up the remaining details of the Application Form, this time Click on For registered User Login Click Here Link.

12. This contains 4 tabs they are Personal details, Additional Details, Qualification Details and Documents Upload & Payment Details.

13. Fill up each and every field carefully and pay the examination fee in online/offline.
- Offline Payment: candidates needs to login once again and Fill up Challan details means Reference ID and Date of payment.

14. Click on Submit Button.

15. After Successful Submission of the Online Application Form take a printout of both Applicant’s copy and OSSC Copy. (future reference)

Note: PWD & Ex-Servicemen Candidates and In-Service Contractual employees Claiming age relaxation & etc should submit the required documents to Secretary OSSC, Barrack No-1, Unit-V, Bhubaneswar by 27th January 2017.
