Pay Scale: Rs.54,220/- to Rs. 1,33,630/-

Age Limits: considered as on 1^ST July 2025

Upper Limit – 34 years

Note: upper age limit for SC, ST, BC, EWS, Telangana State Govt. Employees, Ex-Servicemen, NCC instructor and handicapped is relaxable as per govt. The rules.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor Degree in any subject along with a bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB/BL) by any University in India (or) 5 years course in Law after their intermediate.

Experience: considered as on 15^th August 2025

- Minimum 3 years active practice as an Advocate in Criminal courts in Telangana State.

- He/She Should also be a practicing Advocate.

Medical Standards:

- The candidate should possess sound health and be free from any bodily defect.

- Candidates with impaired speech or hearing or sight are not eligible.

- Candidates who suffered from Stammering and Stuttering are not eligible.

Selection Procedure:

1. Writtern Examination:

Paper 1 – Multiple choice questions (200 Marks)

Paper 2 – Descriptive type (200 marks)

2. Selection:

- the final selection is based on paper-1 and paper-2 written exam aggregate merit list.

- 95% of the posts for local candidates.
