1. Split the available vacancies into Direct Recruitment and Backlog vacancies.

Backlog Vacancies (women) – 10

Direct Vacancies (Men & Women) – 484

2. Split Vacancies for each category as per the Govt. rules

3. Split the Direct recruitment vacancies based on reservation categories like 33 1/3% for Women, 3% For CPP, 2% for Home Guard and 1% for NCC. (Social Category wide)

4. First they filled all the vacancies which came under OC category, After that filled the remaining vacancies in all other categories.
