Course Duration & Training:
1. The Short listed candidates
will go through 9 months on campus residential program (Post Graduate Certificate
in Banking & Finance course) at Baroda Manipal School of Banking.
2. After that 3 months work
Integrated Training (WIT) in the form of On the job Training at any Branch of
Bank of Baroda.
3. Finally the Post Graduate Certificate
in Banking & Finance will be issued/awarded by Manipal University to those
candidates who were successfully completed 1 year BMSB program and also offered
appointment order in Bank of Baroda as Probationary Officer in JMG Scale-I.
