Courts (S.S.S.C) under High Court of Punjab & Haryana released a
notification on 24th September 2016 for the posts of clerks. The

Eligibility Criteria: The required eligibility criteria of the

Application/Examination Fee: The fee payment is accepted through any
branch of SBI bank only. After fill up and submit the basic details of the
online application form, the candidate need to download the “Cash Deposit
Receipt” from the website. Pay the fee amount in any branch of SBI with
Printout of Cash Deposit receipt. Examination/Application fee for this

Selection procedure:
1. Written Examination:
The written exam is conducted for 100 Marks with 2 subjects namely General
Knowledge and English Comprehension. Negative marking is applicable for each
wrong answered question i.e., 1/4th marks of that question.
The candidates who qualified in
written examination will be called for the next phase of selection i.e.,
computer proficiency test.
2. Computer Proficiency test:
This test is qualifying nature only and this test shall comprise of two parts; Part
–I Word Processing test and Part-II Spread Sheet test. The candidates who
qualified in this test will be called for certificates verification (checking
of Original testimonials/interaction).
Word Processing test: Computer
typing test in English at the speed of 30 words per Minute (W.P.M)
3. Certificate Verification (checking
of Original testimonials/interaction).
The final selection is strictly
based on the written examination Score. The committee finally short listed the candidates
based on the merit in written exam.

4. Online Application (Step-I)
form will be opened, fill the form carefully.
5. After fill up the details in
the application form, click the Preview button.
6. Finally submit the Form.
7. A unique Registration number
and Password will be generated; those details will be sent to the candidates though
recorded E-mail id and Mobile number.
8. Take a print out of Cash
Deposit Receipt by entering the Registration number and Password.
9. Deposit the Application Fee in
any branch of SBI with Cash Deposit Receipt (After 24 hours of online
application submission).
10. After successful payment of
the Application Fee in the Bank, they will give you a unique transaction
ID/Journal Number.
Step-2:
1. Once again Visit the S.S.S.C.
Website www.sssc.gov.in.
2. In Clerks (Subordinate Courts
of Punjab) Webpage, Click on Login for Step-II Registration Link.
3. Fill the Form including the
Application Fee payment details which is given by Deposited Bank (unique
transaction ID/Journal Number) carefully.
4. Submit the online application carefully.
5. Take a print out the
Completely Submitted online Application Form for future purpose.
