Eastern Railway Recruitment Notification 2106: Eastern Railway Recruitment Cell released its 2016 recruitment notification for Goods Guard posts. This Notification is for 120 Vacancies in GDCE Traffic Department of Eastern Railways. This Recruitment of Eastern Railway is only for Regular Employees of Eastern Railway, who are working in lower grades of Goods Guard posts. The Easter Railway Recruitment Board released the official Notification as Notification no. 01/2016-GDCE Traffic Department (Graduate) on 24^th August 2016. Eastern Railway Recruitment Board is inviting all the eligible candidates to apply for this recruitment through online. The online applications for this recruitment of Eastern Railway are available in the official website of Railway Recruitment Cell – Eastern Railways (RRC-ER’s) www.rrcer.com or www.er.Indianrailways.giov.in from 24^th August 2016. The candidates who are interested and eligible as per Eastern Railways rules for this post can apply for this recruitment through online on or before 23^rd September 2016. After successful submission of the online applications, candidates are needed to submit the three Hard Copies (Print Out) of the online application with the required enclosures (photograph, Left thumb Impression, Signature and Certificates) in triplicate and collect the acknowledgement on or before the closing date.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate’s eligibility to apply for this Goods Guard recruitment of Eastern Railway 2016 in the sense of education qualification and age boundaries. The minimum required eligibility criteria of the candidate as per the notification is as given below

Age Limits: The Age is considered as on 1^st August 2016 and upper age relaxation is applicable to OBC, SC and ST category candidates. Minimum Age is 18 Years for all category candidates and the maximum age (Upper age) details are given below in category wise

OBC – 45 Years

SC/ST – 47 Years

1. Birth Certificate issued by appropriate authority.

3. School Leaving/Transfer certificate issued by Schools/college Authority.

- Degree in any discipline from recognized University or its equivalent.

3. Click on New Registration Link.

4. Fill the Basic details of the online application and submit it.

5. After that you got Registration Number and Password which is sent to your e-mail or Mobile.

6. Login using Registration number & password, Fill the online application carefully.

7. Submit the application.

8. After successful Submission of online application, take 3 print outs of the application.

9. Paste the Photograph on the Print outs of the online application and get attested by controlling officer. Put your Left hand Thumb Impression and Signature on the application form.

10. Submit it in triplicate with the required Enclosures

- Copies of Educational Qualification certificates.

- Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC).

11.  Collect the Acknowledgement.

 Application Process:

- Controlling officer will forward all the applications in triplicate to respective Sr. DPO/DPO/WPO or respective Establishment Officer by 7^th October 2016.

- List of Eligible candidates should be prepared by the Divisions/Units.

- The eligible candidates list (Soft & hard Copy) along with 1 copy of the application should be forwarded to RRC-ER on or before 21^st October 2016.

- RRC will be notified the Eligible candidates list in the official Website.

- Call Letter for the Written Exam will be issued online.

Written exam will be held on 8^th December 2016.
