PMT/PET Schedule of AP SI, RSI, Deputy Jailor & Assistant Matron: AP State Level Recruitment Board released the Physical Measurement Test and Physical Efficiency Test Schedule for AP SI (Civil), RSI (AR/SAR CPL/APSP), Deputy Jailor and Assistant Matron posts 2016 Recruitment on 19th December 2016. This AP Police Recruitment is for 355 SI (Civil) & 331 RSI posts in Police Department and 16 Deputy Jailor & 5 Assistant Matron posts in Prisons & Correctional Service department.  The PMT/PET Events will be held in 4 locations they are Visakhapatnam, Eluru, Guntur and Kurnool from 29th December 2016. The candidates who qualified in Preliminary Written Examination which was held on 27th November 2016 can download their PMT/PET Hall tickets from the official website recruitment.appolice.gov.in and Hall ticket links are available from 22nd December 2016. Each candidate needs to fill online application form (Stage-II Form), which consists of Range Preferences and some other details which were not submitted in the first application form. Download PMT/PET Events Hall Tickets, It consists of the Date, Time and Venue details of the Events. Certificate verification is also conducted on the same day after Completion of PMT. So, candidates need to bring all the required documents/Certificate when going to attend the PMT/PET Events. The Schedule of the PMT/PET Events in four locations is given below.

1. Visit AP State Level Police Recruitment Board official website http://recruitment.appolice.gov.in

2. Go through Hall Tickets tab.

3. New Window related to Hall Tickets will be opened.

4. Go through SI (Civil), RSI (AR/SAR CPL/APSP), Deputy Jailor & Assistant Matron (Prisons) Link.

5. Click on Download Hall Ticket for PMT/PET link.

6. A New window will be opened which is related to login page to download Hall Tickets.

7. Enter Registration number, SSC Hall Ticket Number and Mobile number correctly.

8. Click on Submit button.

9. PMT/PET Hall Ticket will be displayed for the given details.

10. Take a printout of it/Save it as a file.

How to Apply Stage-II Application Form:

1. Visit official website of AP SLPRB http://recruitment.appolice.gov.in

2. Go through the Recruitment Tab -> Job Advertisements.

3. Click on Submit Application Link of SI, RSI, Deputy Jailor and Assistant Matron Recruitment. (Direct link is given below)

4. Online Application Log in Page will be opened.

5. Enter your Registration Number and SSC Hall Ticket Number Correctly.

6. Click on Log in  Button.

7. Stage-II Online Application Will be opened.

8. Fill up the Form Carefully.

9. Finally Click on Submit Button.

10. After Successful Submission of the Stage-II Application Form, Take a Printout of it.

BSF Recruitment Notification 2016-17: Border Security Force (BSF) recently announced about its recruitment notification and released the notification on 5th December 2016. This Recruitment notification is for the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial) in BSF, Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. No. of Vacancies: This BSF recruitment is 157 ASI (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial). Category wide vacancies for both ASI & HC posts details are

Pay Scale:

Age Limits: Age is considered as on 1st January 2017 and upper age limit is applicable for Government Servant (5 years for both ASI & HC), SC/ST (5 years for ASI only), Ex-Servicemen and other special categories of persons as per Govt. rules (what to know more information regarding upper age relaxation go through the official notification, link is given below). The age limits other than these categories is

Minimum Age – 18 years

Maximum Age – 25 years

Educational Qualifications: these are the minimum requirements of the candidates (for direct entry)
- Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized board/university or equivalent.

- Minimum Shorthand Speed for ASI (Stenographer): 80 words per minute in English or in Hindi in 10 minutes and Transcription of dictation in English in 50 Minutes on computer or Transcription of dictation in Hindi in 65 Minutes on computer.

- Minimum Typing Speed for HC (Ministerial): 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi corresponding to 10500 KDPH in English/9000 KDPH in Hindi with average of 5 key depressions for each word on computer. (in 10 minutes)

Physical Standards: The minimum requirements of the candidate’s physical standards for this recruitment

For Male candidates:
Height: 165 Cms
Chest: 77 Cms (Unexpanded), 82 Cms (Expanded)

For ST category ASI (Stenography) only - Male
Height: 162.5 Cms
Chest: 76 Cms (Unexpanded), 81 Cms (Expanded)

For Female candidates:
Height – 155 Cms (For ST category – 150 Cms only for ASI (Stenography))

Medical Standards:

1. Eye Sight: Distance Vision should be 6/6 in one eye and 6/9 in other eye without correction (without Glasses/lenses or Lasik surgery).

2. Must not have Knock Knee, Flat Foot, Squint in eyes, Varicose vein and should possess colour vision between colour perception- I to III.

3. Must be in good mental & bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

4. Having permanent Tattoo on any part of the body will be debarred for BSF Recruitment.

Examination Fee: Pay the examination fee through Bank Draft/Postal Order and fee is exempted for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/Women candidates. For HC (Ministerial) post SC/ST candidates come under general category so they need to pay the requisite fee. The fee particulars are
