NHRC Recruitment Notification 2016: National Human Resource Commission (NHRC) released a notification regarding its 2016 recruitment for various posts on 30th August 2016. This NHRC recruitment is for the posts of Senior Research Officer, Assistant Registrar (Law), Deputy Superintendent of Police, Section Officer, Assistant Accounts Officer, Inspector, Research Assistant, Programmer Assistant, Junior Translator (Hindi), Junior Accountant and Constable. The total number of available vacancies in this NHRC recruitment 2016 is 16 posts. The final selection of the candidates will be appointed on transfer on Deputation basis initially for three years. Desirable: A degree in Law

Assistant Accounts Officer
- Officers under Central Govt. holding analogous posts on regular basis who have undergone training in Cash and Accounts in the ISTM or equivalent and possess experience in Cash and Accounts work

- Junior Accounts Officers or equivalent in the Pay scale of Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- + GP Rs. 4,200/- with 8 years regular service in the grade.

Inspector
By transfer on Deputation/transfer of Officers:
- Working in similar or equivalent grade in the Central/State Police Forces/Armed Forces of Union OR Sub-Inspector in the Central/State police Forces/Armed Forces of the union with 5 years regular service OR Officers working in the equivalent grade on regular basis under the Central Govt./State Govt. Department/Central public Undertakings.

- Possessing at least 5 years experience in vigilance or investigation or intelligence work.

By re-employment/short-term contract:
- Persons who have held analogous posts on regular basis in the Central/ State Police Forces/Armed Forces of Union and Possessing at least 5 years experience in Vigilance or investigation or Intelligence work.
- The period of Short-term Contract/re-employment shall not exceed 2 years.

Research Assistant
Deputation: Officers under the Central Govt./Universities/Research Institutes
- Holding analogous posts on regular basis OR with 5 years regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- + GP Rs. 2,400/- or above.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree from recognized University or equivalent.
Experience: Research Experience in any of Social sciences or in the application of law and procedure.
Desirable: Degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent.

By re-employment/short-term contract:
 - Persons who have held analogous post on regular basis under the Central Govt./Universities/Research institutes and possessing qualification & Experience prescribed for deputationists.

Deputation: Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in the National Informatics Center or similar organizations.

By re-employment/short-term contract: persons who have held analogous posts on regular basis in the National Informatics center or Similar organizations are eligible.
- The period of Short-term contract shall be 2 years.

Junior Translator (Hindi)
Officer holding analogous posts on regular basis in the Central Govt.
Junior Accountant
i) Junior accountant having experience of departmental accounting system under controller General of Accounts/Postal and Telegraph Accounts, Defence and Railways Accounts or Auditors under Comptroller and Auditor General.

ii) Failing above (i); Upper division Clerks in Central Secretariat Clerical service or subordinate offices with Cash and Accounts training conducted by the institute of Secretarial Training and Management.

iii) Failing (i) & (ii) both Lower Division Clerks with 5 years regular service in the grade with experience in Cash/Accounts Section in the above offices.

Constable
Deputations of persons working in similar or equivalent grades in the Central or State police Forces.

Age Limits: The upper age limit for this recruitment is 56 Years (for appointment on deputation basis)

Medical Standards:

1. Minimum Distant Vision should be 6/12 of two eyes (Without Glasses).

2. Shall be free from color blindness

3. Candidates who have undergone Lasik Surgery for improvement of their vision (Eye sight) will be eligible if their vision is found normal after conducting Contrast Sensitivity, Dim light Vision (Mesopic vision) and Glare Acuity tests at Government Hospital.

Selection Procedure:

1. Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE & MT): Delhi Police will organize this test and the call letters for PE & MT will be available in website of Delhi Police.

2. Computer Based Written Examination: The candidates who qualify in PE & MT will be eligible to appear for computer based examination. Staff Selection Commission will conduct the computer based examination and will release the merit list of the exam. The call letters for the exam is available in the regional website of SSC.

Responsibility of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) in this recruitment: Eligibility, Acceptance or rejection of applications, penalty for false information, mode of selection, Allotment of Examination centers, Conduct of computer based examination and preparation of merit list.

3. Detailed Medical Examination & Police Verification: The candidates in the merit list of SSC will invited for medical examination and police verification. Delhi Police will organize this phase of selection.
