APPECET 2017 Notification, Online Applications, Scheme of the Test www.sche.ap.gov.in

AP PECET 2017 Notification: Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (AP SCHE) released 2017 Physical Education Common Entrance test (PECET) Notification on 3rd March 2017. The AP PECET 2017 is a common entrance test for Admissions into the Physical Education Courses in the academic year 2017-18. The AP PECET 2017 exam will be conducted by Acharya Nagarjuna University on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education for B.P.Ed (2 years) and U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years) courses Admission in the academic year 2017-18. The AP PECET 2017 online applications are opened from 8th March 2017 on www.sche.ap.gov.in AP PECET-17 page. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (AP SCHE) is inviting all the eligible candidates who are interested to join B.P.Ed (2 years) and U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years) courses in the academic year 2017-18 to apply for it through online on or before 7th April 2017 without late fee. Go through the entire details of the AP PECET 2017 Notification like to know about the eligibility criteria, what are the courses offered through this AP PECET 2017, Entrance test Procedure, important dates related to AP PECET 2017 & etc. The AP PECET 2017 exam will be held on 1st May 2017. The Candidates, who are planning to join B.P.Ed (2 years) and U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years) courses in 2017-18 academic year, can apply for it as soon as possible without late fee (7th April 2017) and with late fee (up to 28th April 2017).
AP PECET 2017 Notification
Eligibility Criteria:

1) Citizen of Indian

2) Should belong to Andhra Pradesh State only.

3) Required Educational Qualifications:

B.P.Ed (2 years)
Should have appeared 3 years Degree Examination/Passed 3 years Degree from any recognized university of Andhra Pradesh or any other university recognized as equivalent.
U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years)
Should have appeared or passed Intermediate or equivalent course recognized by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

Note: Degree in Distance mode from deemed to be universities and Private Universities are not eligible unless such programmes have the approval of joint action Committee of UGC and Distance education council and AICTE.

4) Age limits: considered as on 1st July 2017

B.P.Ed (2 years)
should have completed 19 years
U.G.D.P.Ed (2 years)
should have completed 16 years

Application/Registration Fee:

For SC/ST – Rs. 600/-

Others – Rs. 800/-

AP PECET 2017 Pattern:

1. Physical Efficiency Test (400 Marks): 4 events for Men & Women candidates 100 marks for each event

2. Skill Test in Game (100 Marks): Candidate need to choose anyone of the following game at the time of applying.

(Games: Badminton, Basketball, Cricket, Football, Handball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Shuttle Badminton, Tennis and Volleyball)

Note:
1. If candidate fails to choose any one of the game in the application then he/she will not be allowed to attend the Skill test.
2. If any candidate choose more than one game then also he/she will not be allowed to attend the Skill test.

Scrutiny of Original Certificates (certificate verification): The candidates need to bring the below list of certificates in original at the time of Entrance Test.

1. Sports Merit Certificates

2. Pass certificate of any one of the courses: U.G.D.P.Ed/NIS/Yoga/Sports Management/Sports Science/Sports Journalism/Olympic Education/Basic Course in Adventure Sport.

3. N.C.C certificate (C-certificate/B-Certificate)

4. One set of all the above certificates Photocopies along with Hall Ticket Photocopy

How to Apply AP PECET 2017:

1. Visit AP SCHE Website www.sche.ap.gov.in

2. Go through AP PECET-17 (Physical Education Common Entrance Test) link.

3. A New window will be opened related to AP PECET 2017.

4. Four Steps are there in AP PECET 2017 page, they are

Step-1: Fee Payment
Step-2: Know your payment Status
Step-3: Fill Application (Only after Payment)
Step-4: Print Application Form (only after submitting Application Form)

5. Click on Fee Payment link and Pay the online Application Registration Fee through APONLINE/e-Seva/Mee Seva centers or pay through Payment Gateways (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking)

6. If there is any problem on Payment through Gateways then go through the step-2 (Know your Payment status) to check the payment status, is it completed or not?

7. After Successful Application/Registration Fee payments go through Step-3 (Fill Application)

8. Fill up each field of the online application Form carefully.

9. Finally Click on Submit Button.

10. Take a printout of Application (Step-4: Print Application Form) after successful submission.

Important Dates:

Online Applications are opened from 8th March 2017.

Last date to submit the online applications without late fee is 7th April 2017.

Last date to submit the online applications with late fee of Rs.500/- is 14th April 2017.

Last date to submit the online applications with late fee of Rs.2000/- is 21st April 2017.

Last date to submit the online applications with late fee of Rs.5000/- is 28th April 2017.

AP PECET 2017 exam will be held on 1st May 2017.

Results will be expected on 20th May 2017.
