Educational Qualifications: (Considered as on 27th December 2016) The required minimum educational qualification of the candidate to apply for this recruitment is

- Must have passed Degree from any recognized University/institution.

Age Limits: Age is considered as on 1st July 2016 and upper age relaxation is applicable for the candidates belong to SC/ST, BC, PH, widows, Divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands, AP State Govt. Employees, Retrenched temporary employees in State Census department, worked as instructor in N.C.C and Ex-Servicemen as per government rules. The minimum age limit is common for all and the upper age limit other than these categories is given below

Application Fee & Examination fee: The fee can be paid through Payment Gateway or Net banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. The fee particulars are

Application Fee – Rs.250/-

Examination Fee – Rs. 80/-

Note: Examination fee is exempted for SC, ST, BC, PH, Ex-Servicemen, white card holders and un-employed youth (age group of 18 to 42 years) category candidates of AP state only.

How to Apply:

1. Visit APPSC Official website http://appscapplications17.appsc.gov.in

2. Click on Make Payment Link of Panchayat Secretary (Grade-IV) in AP Panchayat Raj Subordinate Service (Direct Recruitment).

3. A new window opened Fill up all the fields and Pay the Application & Examination Fee through Bill Desk Payment Gateway.

4. After Successful payment of the Fee, the payment Gateway will generate a journal number. Note the Journal Number.

5. Click on Submit Application Link of this recruitment.

6. A new window will be opened which is related to online application form.

7. Enter Journal number, Date of Payment & date of Birth correctly and Upload Scanned Photograph with Signature.

8. Click on Declaration Check Box and enter the Code on the Box.

9. Click on Upload Button.

10. Fill up each field of the online application form carefully.

11. Finally click on Submit button.

12. Take a printout of the Submitted Online Application.

Selection Procedure:

1. Screening Test (Off-line mode): This test consists objective type Questions. The total number of questions is 150 1 mark for each. Negative marking is applicable for each wrong answered question i.e.,1/3rd marks of that question. Time duration for the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes.

2. Main Examination (On-Line Mode): The candidates who qualified in screening test will be called for main written examination in 1:50 ratio (for 1 post 50 candidates). This Main written exam is also objective type and consists of 2 papers. Final Selection is based on the main written exam scores.
